Excersise, although perhaps the last thing on your mind at the end of a long day, is a great help. Ok....am off to practice what I preach, as its been a hectic week for me too...it out into the woods for a leg stretch with the dog and soak up the light drizzle that is loitering over Norfolk today....you gotta love our weather!!
