Norfolk has been decidedly chilly these last few days. Frosty fields means the central heating goes on to keep us toasty.
The problem though is that hot radiators mean dry and dusty atmosphere which in turn could dehydrate your skin, sinuses and cause dry eyes. A bowl of water in the room will help to humidify as will house plants and turning the thermostat down just a fraction will not only help to save your skin but will lower your fuel bills too...and can make you feel less like a hybernating bear! Moisturisers are super important in the winter months for hydration and protection and an aromatherapy mist can help to keep your skin looking dewy and calm. check out our 'groovy mama' calming facial mist with mandarin, mint, lavender, petitgrain and ginger.
