20 dates blended with a tablespoon of almond butter a handful of gluten free oats and a couple of tablespoons of almond milk. add chopped nuts and seeds of your choice ( I used hazelnuts and sunflower seeds) bake for 10 mins at 180. cool and then pour over melted cacao.......scrummy.
I have been hugely inspired by www.deliciouslyella.com and all of her fabulous recipes. Even avoided the two meals a night syndrome by making butternut squash and lentil korma and then throwing cooked chicken into theirs at the last minute.....they hoovered it up.
