First Post!

Who does she think she is???
Welcome to my first post...How exciting!  your first question may well be "who is she to tell us about skin care?" and rightly so...
well, I am a therapist with more than 20 years of experience in the industry under my belt, I have travelled with Beauty Therapy, learned with Beauty Therapy, practiced and taught with Beauty Therapy.
I run a Therapy centre in the heart of Norfolk where I offer prescriptive facials as well as other therapies, I have worked with many of the big skin care companies and have loved many products and facials over the years.
I am also a working mum of two teenage boys and a very keen 'grow your own veg' devotee......One of my weaknesses are glossy magazines over which I will muse for ages (given half a chance) and the Beauty pages are my constant craving.
I have set up this website and blog to give and exchange advice, tips, joys and grumbles about skin care and what we can do to maintain our gorgeous selves so........Thank you for reading and I look forward to hearing from you real soon...x
