Ooooooh the weather outside IS frightfull!.......however, Christmas approaches and every mum is busy whipping herself into a frenzy of festive activity.....me included...although of course there are a lot of lovely ethica gifts going out to friends and family (our shelves are rapidly emptying!)

Please take a moment one & all to breathe at Christmas, pace yourselves, take lots......and lots of water with it....who needs a toxic complexion at any time of the year......but most of all.....spread the Christmas love!
