Ok, so I fell off the wagon....and succumbed to a glass of whisky, what can I say?
In my defence, have been outside all day in the fresh air Gardening with gusto so burning calories and, have avoided all cookies, coffee etc and have cycled too!! All in all not a bad day as far as virtue is concerned and my motto....don't beat yourself up.....your kids will do that for you! Always remember if your out in this beautiful spring weather (freezing, windy and raining sideways...in you're in Norfolk) to protect your skin with a very rich moisture cream to avoid the 'rosy forever' cheeks look, we want to look healthy girls, but there's a line. So now, indoors with fire a blazing whisky in hand and new manicure intact thanks to gardening gloves.....I think this detox weekend is going fabulously!!

Today I find myself single parenting for the long weekend while best beloved is away at work so.....and I think I speak for many of us girls....have made plans to:
1. Detox 2. Wax 3. Facial 4. Yoga A mini weekend spa at home in fact (thats if I can weave it around the taxi service for the kids to Riding, music lessons, girlfriends etc) And as the weather looks like the hurricane scenes from the wizard of Oz.....I dont even need to feel guilty for not mowing the lawn! So....when the monsters are off to bed it a new banana and olive oil hair mask for me and a mineral drink.....oooooh feel the virtue! Monday morning! acheing, un motivated and liable to persecute myself for not doing an hour of yoga this morning after private pledge to get fitter.....so instead I am going to be positive and walk the dog instead, still exercise, and compromise is better then failure!.....if only I could motivate the kids in the same way!!
O.m.g!!! where have I been?
apologies to all, due to dramatic family events....now, thank goodness, improving by the day...I have been an absent Guru....but, I'm back and with fabulous ideas for all.
