Im finding solace in getting outside with a podcast to listen to and intention to stride, despite the weather and, even though it feels like a punishment when you leave the house and step into the drizzle, it feels good an hour later, when you step back in, bedraggled but invigorated, to the warmth and comfort. The light in the morning here in Norfolk is beautiful, sun lighting up orange leaves reminding us of the glow of summer past.
It’s getting chilly though and the air is cold...so when you’re outside protecting your skin is important in order to prevent dry, irritated or flaky skin.
Layer on the moisture in the form of a serum or light facial oil first thing then a moisturiser or balm to form a protective barrier when you go outside.
Oh...and remember the sunscreen. 😘
